Provisional 2025 Social Calendar

April 19th Meet and Mingle Oxford.
May 17th. Harrogate, Meet & Mingle, venue to be confirmed
June. Meet and Mingle. Date to be confirmed. Bristol docks, to possibly include a boat trip, this might be a boozy one rather than a sit down meet up, if you are a fan of the movie Coyote Ugly this one might be for you, there is a Coyte Bar that allows dancing on the bar !!
July 5th. Summer Ball, we are returning to Cirencester, I will post details of hotel discounts early in the new year so don’t try and book just yet!!
Mid August. Carlisle Meet and Mingle, again venue and exact date to be confirmed, thanks to Jim on this one
September 5th and 6th. This one is looking special, Mike and Jayne organising a two-day event, again based around Woodhall Spa
October. Meet and Mingle. Date to be confirmed, Liphook Hampshire. Possibly make a weekend of this one and take in a party night on the Friday
November 1st. Halloween party, this one is very provisional and will only happen if we get reasonable numbers commit to coming along, venue will be at Wolvercote Oxon, fancy dress optional. We are aware that this event is planned for the same month as the Christmas party so if we don’t get sufficient interest, we will pull the plug
November 29th. Christmas party, all to be confirmed in the January Newsletter. We have booked this, and the format will be similar to this years party, and this will include a get together on the Friday for those extending their weekend to the Friday night. All details will be available very soon, the venue is as per 2024 but for now get the date into your 2025 diary. Like the summer ball please don’t try and book rooms yet, we have reserved rooms and I will post details of the discount code and costs in the next newsletter
